Fish curry-nicer than it sounds

Dear reader,

I had seen Jamie Oliver creating some more economical meals on the TV the other week and one looked gorgeous. It was the fish curryhere it is





It was fantastic and was still great the next day at work.

    We love a good curry and I always think it tastes better the next day. We are a bit boring though and always use chicken breast. Glad you enjoyed yours xx

    I've cooked a sort of thai fish curry for years which is absolutely lovely and very easily adaptable for amount of spice etc. Must note that JO one to try!
