Having a bit of a blog break I'm afraid. I had started the weight loss thing and still going ok. Work still a huge part of my day and usually really tired.
I'm sorry to those who signed up and I wish you good luck. Hopefully we can catch up when the weather gets better and we are not all stuck indoors.

ReplyDeleteNo worries - life is stressful at the minute for all of us. BUT I must tell you, I got REALLY low about my lack of weight loss and have now started the 17day diet plan. It is amazingly fast at first -I have lost 7lb in 9 days. I know this will plateau, but the kickstart has really helped. Thankyou, without your initial challenge, I'd never have got going on this!!! blessings xx
